Mutual Limited is an Australian, independently owned Investment Management Company and holds Australian Financial Services Licence No 230347, which permits it to act as a responsible entity for retail managed investment schemes and as a trustee for wholesale schemes.
Mutual has the following registered managed investment schemes, each established by a constitution registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and offered through a product disclosure statement:
 
•    MCTDF (Mutual Cash Fund)
•    MIF (Mutual Income Fund)
•    Mutual Credit Fund
•    Mutual High Yield Fund

Mutual has in-house Risk and to help it to meet its legal and regulatory obligations, and is audited annually KPMG, who audit both Mutual Limited and its registered schemes.  KPMG also complete SIV certification services for our Funds.
