Cameron Field
Chairman (Independent)
Cameron's long standing financial expertise and governance experience guides and supports the Compliance Committee operations. He is currently the Managing Director of Charles River Asia-Pacific (part of State Street) and is responsible for the regions operations and since joining Charles River in 2000 Cameron has helped establish and grow both the European and Asia-Pacific operations. His prior experience also covers specialised financial organisations Macintosh Hamson Hoare Govett, Bankers Trust Australia, ANZ Treasury, Princeton Financial Systems, and State Street Australia Ltd. Cameron is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon and holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University.
Tyson Rattle
Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary
Tyson has over 10 years’ experience in investments and funds management. As Head of Finance, Tyson assists the Managing Director in managing client relations. and through his accounting background, monitors all clients financial reporting requirements ensuring compliance of all transactions and facilitating the settlement process. Tyson is also responsible for client reporting, maintaining all internal and external financial related documentation and procedures; preparing all audit documentation and liaising with auditors throughout the audit process, including AFSL audits. Tyson became Company Secretary of Mutual Limited in July 2020. Tyson holds a Bachelor of Business (Commerce), Dip FP, Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance (GIA) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Wayne Buckingham
Managing Director
Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in domestic and international markets, expertise in public funds, markets related dealing and private wealth creation. Prior to joining Mutual in 2010, Wayne had various senior management roles at ANZ including Director – Wealth Management, Associate Director – Fixed Interest, Senior Manager – Markets Strategy Operations, and Manager – Financial Engineering, with the responsibility for managing client relationships. Prior to joining ANZ, Wayne worked in London for Abbey National Treasury Services, Daiwa Europe Limited and Deutsche Bank over a 5 year period in various derivative/bond transactional and operational roles. Wayne holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School , Dip FP and a Bachelor of Economics (UWA).
Joanne Grace
Risk and Compliance Manager
Joanne holds an MBA, is Chartered Accountant and Company Director qualified and has over 25 years’ experience in finance, management, strategy, governance and banking. She has been trained and spent much of her career within a top management consultant environment working with global boards, senior leadership teams and directors analysing large amounts of data, identifying risks, investigating issues and working on opportunities to steward and govern change within organisations. Her career has spanned Australia, Europe, North America and Asia and she has previously held a variety of positions such as COO within an Australian Bank, a Fund Investment Manager and a Risk Manager within a large Corporate. She brings risk and investment governance expertise – especially in the investment/superannuation space, having served as Investment Manager for one of Australia’s largest Corporate Superannuation Plans and as Trustee for 3 Top 50 Corporate Superannuation Funds.
Brian Buckley
Director
Brian has over 25 years investment experience, specialising in fixed interest securities for clients including government, not-for-profit and high net worth families. Prior to Mutual Limited, Brian spent 4 years at ANZ Banking Group where he was Associate Director, Fixed Interest Sales, offering fixed interest securities to the broad ANZ client base. Before joining ANZ, Brian spent 17 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Fixed Income sales, originating and selling investment grade fixed interest securities to sophisticated investors.

Scott Rundell
Scott has over 30 years of financial markets experience, specialising in fixed income investment strategy, portfolio management, fundamental credit analysis, and relative value analysis in both the high yield and investment grade space. Between 2013 - 2019 Scott was Head of Credit Strategy within CBA’s Global Markets Research Group. During his time at CBA Scott was ranked number one for Australian credit research in both the KangaNews Fixed Income Survey and Peter Lee Survey. Before CBA Scott spent 12 years with ING Investment Management as Head of Credit Research, Portfolio Manager for the ING High Yield Fund, Chairman of ING’s Asia-Pacific Regional Credit Committee, and a member of ING’s global credit leadership team.
